MESSAGE FROM OWNER
He bolted out the door, without being seen, and the weather was brutally cold for two solid weeks after Clay went missing. Praying a kind soul has taken him inside. He is afraid of strangers, but is a very sweet boy. Was a stray, in 2011, and came to our backyard; was then an indoor/outdoor cat for many years, but in his senior years now (at least 12 years old), stayed inside most of the time, and would never go outside during the day. We thought he was hiding in one of his good spots in the bat, and had been outside a full 24 hours before we knew he was gone. Sick about this. He was our baby for 11 years.
DESCRIPTION
Black short-hair male with white splash on chest and privates; a couple of white toes on rear paws. 7.5-8 lbs; afraid of everyone. At least 12 years old, and up close, you can see this skinny black cat is salt & peppered now. Was a stray in 2011 when we took him in. Wearing a grey Seresto flea collar, and was Avid chipped at Mayfair Animal Clinic, N. Elston Ave., Chicago. Has all his shots.
