My personal experience has been leaving our doors (especially door escaped through) open in the very early morning. Every time, our little escape artist has come bolting through the door between 3:00 — 5:00 AM straight for his litter box. More than likely LESTAT is very close by just scared to come out until it’s really really quiet. Prayers for a quick safe return !!🙏🏻 PS. Another family just updated on another site their missing kitty came home about an hour ago (had been missing for over 24 hours). They locked their other cats in the bedroom. Turned off/dimmed the lights throughout the house and opened the door she escaped through and waited … and she finally showed up !!
