Check the trees and high places also with a flashlight after dark also. Check any fence lines that he could have gotten caught in by that collar.

I hope you find your beautiful baby. Half of my outside cats are missing because of neighborhood dogs coming in our yard and terrorizing them. This has been going on for over a week now.
