DESCRIPTION
Terrier or terrier-looking dog found stray in Hollywood on 9/22/2020, at the corner of Franklin Ave and Taft Ave. All white or off-white, around 10 lbs, plus/minus a one or two; very adorable, not fully housebroken. Found without collar or tag, was scanned but no chip was found. Since L.A. City Animal Services are closed we are fostering this dog until we found the owner.
