Today, as I was leaving for an appointment, there was a small grey cat lying comfortably beside my patio. It wasn't a feral cat because you could see how relaxed it was when it saw me come outside my door. I keep fresh water on the patio rails for birds, but as long as a cat isn't attacking the birds, I let it drink too, though I'm not a cat person. When I left, the little cat was laying in the shade behind the shrubs below the water dishes. I live near Indian School and 71st Street on the Golf Course. Just got home and it's not there now, but if it doesn't have a home nearby, it will be back for the water most likely. Does this sound like a cat someone is looking for? (Just sharing this under a couple of pics that resemble the cat I saw this morning, in case it rings a bell with someone.)
