Shared. Post Cecelia on Nextdoor asap. File a lost report with the shelter right away. You can file online. Keep checking frequently on their webpage for any information on her whereabouts. Post flyers in your area, including veterinary offices and pet stores. Check posts of found kitties on Pawboost and other lost and found pet websites, she could be on their list any time. Also check Pet listings on FB Marketplace, Craigslist and Pennysaver. Good luck.
