Tell the owner to try these tips/ideas. Post bright signs in the area and your yard. Ask your neighbors if they can look in their garages/sheds. Go out at night with a flashlight and early morning hours and call for him when it’s quiet. Put a box with scented clothing in a garage with the door open just enough for them to get in. Canned cat food, tuna or chicken for smell. Check animal control daily as well as notify them so they can post too. Check often overnight as they like to wander then.
