Annabel redd is a scammer and does not have your pet or anyones pet. They will ask for money eventually and might even claim to be with animal control which they are not. Once you give them money they will stop talking to you and you are out money and still dont have your pet

Go to your shelter and see if Pixie is there,,DON’T JUST CALL, give them a picture of Pixie and tell them When and Where she was lost and a number where you can be reached.
