LOST OR STOLEN PET
Post on:TIPS TO HELP FIND DOG:owners
FOR FOUND DOGS & cats
Put the streets/city that your doggie or Kittie was found in your original post
Ask the kids in that neighborhood. They usually know where all the animals live
Post on Pawboost, post on with you Nextdoor,. notify the shelter that you found him post flyers in the neighborhood you found him
Take a picture with you don't bring the animal & walk around the neighborhood by the park. Small dogs get out tiny holes in fences. I know my Chihuahua does that sometimes
check for dog microchip by Going to petsmart or any vets office to scan for a chip. Pray you find the owners. If you get a chip number call Lori Terry to look up owner.
She works for a large rescue network that can help
***Indigent encampments are getting more aggressive in finding pets & keeping them. Z lol
-Smaller dogs tend to be rescued within a mile from their home. So their owner will be looking for him
- Post on Facebook area lost & found pet, community & shelter pages, in newspaper
- Go door to door w/flyers. Speak w/as many people as possible.
Especially the kids in the neighborhood, they usually know where all the animal live or are taken to
- File found report with shelters in your area & surrounding
- Check shelters to see if anyone has been inquiring about the doggie in you found
- Take flyers to shelters.

Hang some dirty laundry.
Check with neighbors, neighborhood, parks, school yards.especialky the kids in the neighborhood. They usually know where all the animals are or what happened. Put up flyers.

Contact the microchip company and report your pet lost. Owners should have their pets microchip number saved with the chip company on their phones.
