This cat was seen deceased on the street. My sincere condolences to the owner. The cat seems to have gotten shot. Passed by twice between 10am-12pm. Their body must have been picked up by someone in the businesses on that street. I was not able to get a good look, it was difficult to look at, but I did see a yellow collar.
