White spots on paws and head. One black eye and one blue eye. Can lure her with food and water. Most likely roaming or napping

Update: Oreo has been seen on 30th st and bell rd. She is acting super agressive but if you catch her SHE WILL NOT BITE.. I REPEAT SHE WILL NOT BITE. Pls catch her if you see her and contact me.
