Is someone missing their Black Male Cat? There is a young male cat that has been hanging around my house for a couple days. I live near Alamo Heights / Northwood / Oak Park. He’s all black, light green eyes and has a brown spot on his left eye. I can’t tell if he is a stray or someone’s pet. He is meowing and crying pretty much non-stop. He is super friendly and clean.
