Open a Found cat Report with the SPCA via spca.com His photo will then be posted on the SPCA site. If you have a secure carrier, try to bring him to a vet clinic to see if he has a microchip. There is no fee for this service.. If you cannot shelter him, try putting a wide elastic around his neck and securely attach a note onto it asking the owner to contact you. If well fed, he probably lives not too far.
