My stepdaughter's dog ran away, and apparently some lady found him. At this point we cannot identify this woman in the picture that was taken by my daughter's neighbor. The lady who found him, went to this other lady to ask if she recognized who the dog owners was. My daughter's neighbor took a picture of this lady holding the dog. Please if anybody know who this lady is please let us know. Its not a full facial picture but somebody be be able to recognize her. A report was filed with Animal Control and Virginia Beach PD.
