Charlie is an older rescue dog last seen 12/31. He was very frightened of the fireworks yet didn't want to come in. He dug out from under our fenced backyard. He has hip issues and does not see well. He is neutered and micro chipped. He is large and weighs 65 lbs. He is non-aggressive and very timid. Quite uncomfortable around men.
