UPDATE: this cat makes very unusual noises. It doesn't purr. It sounds more like a trill that a bird makes. Does anyone in the Paradise Hills area know this little guy. He's been hanging around, is very friendly through the window or door. He's hangs out on an outdoor ottoman outside my cat's window. I can't keep (as much as I would like). I've tried to catch him so I can see if he's chipped, no luck.
