MESSAGE FROM OWNER

My cat has been missing since around the 9th or so from 167th Ave and Los Banos. He has been seen cruizing around 170th also, or in the near by areas. He usually has a collar and tag, but I am not sure if it has somehow fallen off. I am worried sick about him. He was recently very ill, and he needs to be . He is not chipped. He is about 5 years old, not neutered, and he is tan, white and has black stripes on his tail and legs. He has white paws. PLEASE, if you see him contact me at: 510-677-9544 ask for Barbaralynn. There is a $reward$ offered when found.

Dear guardian, please do not give up..hoping to give you a boost of energy and inspiration to dedicate today to starting over and doubling down on your coverage this weekend including tonight.......PRINT more flyers to post up beyond your block and on your block if the old ones are worn .... put new ones in the poly clear sheet protectors with the opening facing down so they last...and continue talking to neighbors TODAY and everyday..knock on doors and remind your neighbors kitty is STILL missing and that you hope everyone will keep an eye out and take a photo and call you if there is a sighting, talk to dog walkers on your street too as they are outside at all times ....IMPORTANT: continue to call for Kitty throughout the day ESPECIALLY at night 10pm-6am..take a walk around the block after 9pm and keep calling for kitty in a calm voice. During the day, knock on your neighbors doors again to remind them that kitty is still missing and you need their help to spot him...ask neighbors with RING cameras to check their footage...PLACE A CAMERA facing out the escape door with food and watch footage daily - you can't believe how many times a cat will return home - eat - has no way of getting back inside and the owners stops going out at night so the cat disappears back into the night...you may see other cats, raccoons and other creatures eat the food..that's ok...replace the WET food only (raccoons LOVE dry cat food so wet is better) you can buy motion sensor camera on amazon over night - connect to wifi...OR a wild life camera with playback feature (battery operated - no wifi needed) ...continue to check the shelters online daily and in person once a week. Many cats are reunited long after a month of being 'lost' - don't stop searching every day every night...keep posting updates on Nextdoor and here - keep flyering and spending the word in person...sending you LOVE and sustained hope ..xoxo Damia Foti

DON’T LOSE HOPE. 'Lost cat' JiJi was came home after being lost for 4 MONTHS! Cats don't go far they remain near...... Do not give up. Do NOT give up searching and late night calling out for kitty and keep posting online...keep talking-to neighbors...distribute updated/flyers or notes to your neighbors and update your flyers posted UP around your neighborhood...I'm glad you've re-posted...please do not lose hope.. continue looking for your sweet kitty every day / night....continue to spread the word online AND IN PERSON put up MORE flyers around your neighborhood (Place inside sheet protectors with open flap facing downward so they don't get ruined by weather) Print more flyers and knock on neighbors doors today to remind folks that your cat is still missing and that you need their help to spot kitty.... Talking to neighbors and distributing flyers at every resident around your block and continuing further out in your neighborhood is a huge help. At night set your alarm and walk around gently calling for kitty in a CALM normal voice...crinkle treats if that's a sound he's used to… Consider aiming a camera in the direction of where you leave food out...sometimes cats remain near but are in survival mode and won't come inside and need to be coaxed...Lost cat 'Luna' was spotted on camera after being 'lost' for several weeks, her human was shocked to learn Luna was visiting the backyard regularly late night and would come back inside (she was leaving the backdoor open for her) We thought she was stuck at a neighbors which happens all the time...and it was the help of the camera which helped her human learn about the different cats that would visit and other animals...she eventually spotted her 'live' in her backyard (she did a stake out just inside with a baby monitor) and was able to lure her back inside with food after several hours late night. I'm not saying this is your situation ...I'm saying that you can't rule anything out… this is why I advise cat guardians to try different ways of taking action...talking to neighbors..flyers...online...setting alarm late night to call for kitty...sometimes collars fall off ..check the shelter weekly … everything you do helps...you can buy a wild life camera or a camera that sends live feed to your phone motion sensitive- you an buy on amazon 1 day shipping...wishing you sustained determination and hope.... praying you are reunited with your sweet kitty soon..xoxooxox
