DESCRIPTION
Very small white min pin/ chihuahua mix 3-5 pounds was last seen with Jennifer and Jim Bartlett and Jennifer's Dad, Ken Sandstring of Seaside, Or. This is my 8 year old daughter's emotional support animal that was staying with these people ( her Dad placed her there, hiding her from me) and they gave her dog away to Ken. I reported Cocoa stolen to WPD in Sept. 2020 and police said Cocoa would be returned by Jennifer if I was gonna press charges, but that Cocoa with my daughter and her dad. I still wanted Cocoa because she was just a puppy at the time and my daughter was being withheld from me. I didn't persue this any further at the time; focusing efforts on getting legal custody and expecting Cocoa to be with Jeanette when I did get her back. She just came home less than a week ago and has cried daily about them choosing to get rid of her dog (they have multiple dogs) while she was staying there with them. Not only were they keeping her from her mom, they took her dog from her too. It hurts my soul for her. I wanted the dog back, as well. $500 reward for return home, possibly sold her and picture is not of her, but she looks a lot like the pictured dog except a little fluffier and no tail just a nub.
