🤝COMMUNITY HELP WITH FLYERS NEEDED🤝
The owner is elderly and heartbroken over the loss of his dog. Sightings reunite lost dogs, and flyers lead to sightings. If you can spare some time to help with flyer efforts, PLEASE reach out to the number on the flyer
🛑DO NOT SEARCH FOR HER 🛑
While it may feel helpful, searching could disturb an area where he has deemed safe, causing her to move and potentially run into harm’s way.

A crucial point to understand: lost dogs often enter "survival mode," a state driven by fear and stress. In this mode, even friendly, social dogs may not recognize their owners and avoid all humans. Trying to approach or catch them can cause them to run, possibly into dangerous situations like traffic or unsafe areas.
While she may approach someone on his own, we must also be prepared for the possibility that she won’t. We are working on a plan to be prepared to trap if needed but first we need sightings.
