DESCRIPTION
He is a black lab with white on his paws, approx. 40 lbs. He slipped out of his harness while being walked when he was spooked by a noise. If anyone sees him PLEASE IGNORE HIM and DO NOT CALL OUT TO HIM or engage him in any way. He is a brand new rescue and is scared. Engaging him could cause him to run in to traffic and get hurt.
