Found at wills and Bildahl st Rockford IL. About a year old. No chip. Went to Winnebago County Animal Services with her. We chose to try to keep her until owner is found. Neighbors said she was dumped here. Not from oúr area. Does not acknowledge the name diamond but will meet you at animal services on North main St.
