Extra strength prayers she’s safe nearby (cats usually stay in the vicinity and are excellent hiders) and reunited with you very very soon - put her food and warm shelter in a protected area outside your door and/or in your garage - diligently canvas the area with large colorful posters and flyers - contact local area vets, rescues, and animal control - cats are naturally adventurous and superb survivalists - don't lose hope 🙏❤💪🏻

1. I would pass out flyers to any nearby neighbors asap. For my friend's missing cat, I remember handing out ~200 flyers! It took a few hours, but having people aware of the missing cat is crucial, as you can't be everywhere at every moment. Having the extra people looking out for your kitty is so helpful. Make sure on these flyers you have a picture, a phone number, and also tell them to keep checking their garages, backyards, by sheds, under decks, in trees in their yards, etc. Cats can and will hide, especially if they aren't used to being outside 2.Make some poster sized posters and tape them up around your area. You'd have to "laminate" them with tape otherwise when it rains they get ruined. Again, this just fits with the extra eyes looking out for your kitty. 3.Borrow/purchase a live trap and put it in your yard. Put wet food (and I have heard mackerel/tuna) and some blanket or item smelling like you/your family in the far back corner of the cage. 4.I have heard dusk - dawn is when they are most active with walking around, so I'd go out then and walk around the neighborhood to see if you see anything. Make sure to look up into the trees too. 5.Post to Lost Cats groups, local FB selling sites, Nextdoor. Also maybe check Craigslist and post there as well. 6.Call impounds and vets and report that you have a missing cat
