He wasn't returned to his owner he was given to someone else that did not even give me the information so that the police could contact them because the dog is marked so if it was not my animal it would have been a very easy thing for them to see the he didn't have the appropriate markings is markings are different he's not microchip he's marketed different way and his markings are cataloged
