Missing Cat - Reward for Her Safe Return 🖤 We know this is a long shot and every day that passes it's less likely she's still out there, but we will never stop looking for our beloved Star. We're now offering a $500 reward, no questions asked, for her safe return. We’re holding onto hope that someone has taken her in, adopted her, or that she’s out there somewhere, maybe even living under someone's deck. But If you have her & you love her as much as we do, just please let us know she’s okay. We miss her so much, and our kids miss her even more. We've had her for 9 years—she's family. 💔 Every day, I check lost pet pages, and every black cat we see, my kids say, "Mom, it's Star," only to have to break their hearts over and over again. It's so hard. Here’s what you need to know about Star: • She’s 10 years old with a raspy meow and is missing one tooth. • She’s petite and has a tattoo in her ear, though it may be hard to read and faded (done 9 years ago). • She loves being picked up like a baby and just melts into your arms. • She's had asthma and might occasionally cough. • She can be shy in new places but loves people. We believe she was lost sometime in OCTOBER 2024, possibly in HIDDEN VALLEY NW CALGARY or BLACKFALDS. We were in the process of moving, and a friend was looking after her. We were staying in an air BNB that didn't allow animals and our friends cat started marking in her hse so she gave our cats to her friend in Calgary who believed she was feeding 2 black cats. When we went there the cats were gone. We found our other cat at the Calgary Impound and the cat she believed was Star that she had been feeding was not our cat. She believes the cat she has been feeding was the cat they took from Blackfalds but my friend believes our cat went to Calgary. There’s been some confusion so we're searching everywhere we can.
