Please hang some flyers in your neighborhood and post to Nextdoor. This could be a neighbor's indoor/outdoor cat. I found owners of a couple of cats on my street because of flyers and posting on local groups. If you do contain the cat, please file a found report with the shelter on 24petconnect. com and have him/her scanned for a microchip
