Please demand proof of ownership so doggy doesn’t wind up as bait for a dog fighting ring. A big problem in Arizona. They will even send women and children to claim animals that aren’t theirs to use as bait. They will also take as many free or cheap animals they can get for same reason. They can be very insistent.
