FOUND HIM!!! The DC police saw him in DC and turned him into the DC humane society. They in turn confirmed that it was Bjorn. He had a different collar and leach. He must've escaped from the people who stole him. Shout out to Jorge Martinez, he saw his picture in the HS site and Paw Boost and sent me an email. Appointment with the vet tomorrow for a check up!
