If anyone knows anything about this man or his location, please give the information to the owner. It is theft if he is detaining the dog and will not return it to its rightful owner.

Betty Marburger take the phone number and his name to the police. He can't keep or detain your dog. It is theft. He can't give a dog away that dies not belong to him. It is theft. Take any pictures you have to the police station with you or papers to prove ownership. Show them the Facebook ad that you have been searching for him.
