Hi i found this abandoned male tabby in fremont and scanned for the chip and contacted the owner, owner refused to take him.back. he was with me since two months on Barcelona ave hayward. He unexpectedly got out of the window on 23rd march at 10 20 pm. His chip is registered under his previous owner who doesn't want him back.i have the screenshot of the conversation with the owner. Please of you find this poor boy please contact my number. His chip number is81606 but registered with the owner who abandoned him. Tabby is little shy at first if you feed him he becomes friendly.
