Thank you for caring! Please check if the pup is microchiped. Also please put up flyers in a 1 mile radius at a minimum as not all owners are on social media and dogs can run far. Alert the local shelter that you have the dog and post a flyer there too as that is where most owners start their search. Post on Nextdoor and with breed specific and local rescues too. Good luck!

Denise Palm Western unfortunately it’s not the issue anymore. There’s a ton of these in pounds because people have been getting these dogs without their research and they can’t handle them. One of the worse breeds you can get for a first time dog or in general. Cattle dogs aren’t for people who want lap dogs.
