Knock on neighbor’s doors. Check the humane society, often, in person. Post on nextdoor and pawboost.
Kitties and Doggies come out at night, so go out at night with a flashlight, shake treats and call her. Look in hedges, trees, under stairs, under decks, under cars and in window wells. Put out colored flyers and offer a reward.
Ask your neighbors to check their sheds and garages. Open your garage door slightly and put her bed and some food in there. Put up a ring doorbell and security cameras and see if she triggers it. Put out a humane trap with food in it and see if she goes inside of the trap (check the trap very often (once an hour or so) as you don’t want her to be trapped in the elements.
Put a lost colored flyer with a reward on all streets within 2 blocks of where you live.
Put out an article of your clothing near the door or window where she escaped. Please remove the litter box as that can attract predators. Check your backyard during the early morning hours. It's amazing how many cats show up at the back door.
If your kitty or doggie is chipped, contact the Chip company and make sure your information is up to date. Also report the kitty as missing. This way if he/she is scanned by a vet, they will contact you.
Use the ring doorbell app its free, is a community app like the Nextdoor app (which you should post your pet there also) . But ring doorbell app is free and called “Neighbors” and you do not need to own the doorbell to use it. People post sightings of loose cats and dogs on their daily, as well as Lost and Found. Also go door-to-door asking neighbors to check their home security camera footage because THERES OTHER SECURITY COMPANIES, if your pet has been spotted, you’ll know which direction the pets going and maybe your pet is already posted as found on there. When you load the app and join the community, it’s pretty large make sure your contact author and comments are turned on. Please list streets missing from. And in the settings, there’s a map to widen OR CHANGE your search area-DOESNT HAVE TO BE WHERE YOU LIVE. Praying that helps “
