Don't give up hope. About ten years ago, when our son was still living with us, his cat clawed its way through the screen on our windows. When we got up the next morning, we found a dead mouse and lots of flies in our den. The cat was missing for over a week. We put up signs in our neighborhood and finally someone called and told us they saw the cat in a drainage pipe. We were so happy someone saw his cat.
