MESSAGE FROM OWNER

Please be on the lookout for our Cherished Family Cat. He is 6 years old declawed up front. Had a reflector color on that was black and grey with paws on it and an orange fish name tag. We are not sure that is still on him. We are offering a $200 reward for the person who finds him. He knows his name and is friendly. We have a lot of woods surrounding us so he could be far out or close we have searched and have had no luck. Please contact me if you have seen him any updates are appreciated. We are very heart broken and worried about him.

Ask your mail man if he would help you locate Flor while he is working on his route and to call you when he spots her. Also, look up in trees. Good luck.

Put his litter box outside, under cover, along with some really smelly cat food and some clothes you wore recently to attract him. Check carefully around the outside of your house and your neighbors’ houses. Cats don't usually go far initially and they can tuck themselves into unbelievably small and unusual spaces. One person found her cat hiding in the grill on her patio after searching for three days. Go out late at night when it's quiet and call him. Make large, easily read flyers and post them around your neighborhood with the cat’s picture and your contact info. Post a lost ad on nextdoor.com. Ask your neighbors to check garages, sheds, under decks - anywhere a cat can hide and get shut in. Borrow a trap from a shelter or vet. Don’t give up. Good luck!

Put flyers on doors of your neighbors. Not just next door and across the street but a radius around your house maybe a couple streets over. Put information on the Flyers including asking them to look in their sheds under their sheds under their decks or in any place that a cat might get trapped on their property. Also, you can talk to your neighbors. I'm praying you find your kitty! Also, you can ask businesses near you if they will put a sign up or put one by their register. Usually they're very helpful. And check with the Humane Society and other local organizations. Also check their websites for more kitties. Stay safe! Also put out a Humane trap. A friend did this for at least 2 weeks before her cat showed up.
