LOST PET PROS IN THIS AREA THAT ARE NOT SCAMS ARE LARG, AND DOGS FINDING DOGS. DFD HAS CERTIFIED SEARCH AND RESCUE K9S FOR TRACKING AND HAS BEEN OPERATING IN OUR AREA SINCE 2008.

Put out some smelly clothing or bedding for scent. Grill some bacon outside if possible. If not cook inside and open windows. Post flyers within a 3 mile radius and include contact information. Not everyone is on social media. If possible contact a dog tracker. Notify local shelter and police and file a Lost Report. Do not respond to anyone who texts you asking for a code. Likewise, do not contact anyone who asks that you reach out via Instagram, WhatsApp. They are scams.
