MESSAGE FROM OWNER

Buddy is a very affectionate male cat, who is also very vocal! He got outside one night on S. 102nd by w Grant ct / W. Lincoln Ave ,right before we have those negative degree weather. I took him in from someone else who allowed him to be an indoor/outdoor cat, my husband and I have been working to change that. On occasion he has gotten out before but after a few hours or so, he would ALWAYS come back when he would head me calling for him. He's NEVER been gone for more than 5 hours before. Please if you think you have even caught a glance of my Buddy boy, please contact me. Thank you in advance.

DESCRIPTION

Short hair domestic tabby. He's a fairly large cat. Wearing a neon green collar with white stripes. PLEASE!? Any information or sightings is greatly appreciated. I need to find him. He was last seen in S. 102nd st all the way down the road to the dead end that's there. If you know the area there's a very large apartment complex at the end to the right ( when driving towards the dead end ) and a field, the freeway and train tracks. He was last seen in that field area.

Ok. Let me clarify. So Buddy was originally found around N 60th St and w Burleigh, where a friend of mine lives. Buddy was hit by a car when running across the road by my friends house. He managed to keep moving from the road and into my friends yard, where he stayed. Some neighbors and my friend helped to keep him safe from other animals and such as well as feed him. After a while and he started to actually come out from where he had gotten as well as healed up from what I was told was a pretty nasty wound on his leg and such. I met Buddy long after the incident. He became a cat that hung around my friends house he basically never left the block as he was terrified of the road. Well I started helping feed him, bc I couldn't not help the little guy. Very quickly every day id come park my car and call out " buddy boy! " And he'd come fast as all from wherever he was and came running to me. I sit pet him snuggle him play and feed him. Eventually I was able to convince my husband that we should take him in even though we had more than enough cats already ,as we all believed he had originally been a cat that someone dumped outside and not a stray or feral cat. So, yes we would allow him to go to outside some. But he would come back like clockwork every morning, or the moment I called for him. After being outside for a night he wouldn't cry to go out again for 4-5 days.....

Mehhh after reading the history of Buddy he used to be an inside\outside cat but new owners made him stay inside only. Poor Buddy no like being locked indoors. Might be better off allowing some in & out since that all he knew in life. Nonetheless i will keep calling for him now that i know his name.

What do you mean you took him in from someone else who let him be a indoor/outdoor cat?
