His name is Garfield. He’s about 10 years old, neutered and chipped, but I’m not sure if the chip comes back to Smokewood Drive or his previous owner in the Charleston area. If it comes back to Elgin, the phone number won’t be correct. He refuses to keep a collar on. He was last seen last Monday, May 1, 2023 at on Smokewood drive in Elgin, SC. He’s super friendly.
