1. I didn’t let him outside. 2. He is microchipped. 3. I am already doing all the things you mentioned. Also, maybe not telling people who are already upset, worried and heartbroken that their pet is missing, that their cat is scared. It really just made me feel even worse that he hasn't been found.

Look under bushes, decks and anywhere he could be hiding While looking call for him with an open can of cat food. Put his litter box by the door he got out of for scent and smelly food. Get a humane trap. Sometimes they are too scared to come by you but will go in trap for the food. Make flyers with his picture and put up in the area. Give to vet offices and shelters. Call police and animal control. Put ad in paper with picture and keep running it. Talk to neighbors to watch for him or if they saw him. Our cat was hiding in the bushes in the neighbors backyard. He is scared and hiding near so keep looking and calling. Also look at dawn and dusk with a towel to grab him. Hope he is microchipped and home soon. Don't let cats outside its too dangerous
