Stacey Weeks, have you tried leaving the slider or something cracked open at night for smells, etc? Like some others have said your kitty may have been taken by a neighbor. When our kitty went missing, I printed a picture of our buddy and shared how much we love and miss him. Include all contact info. I walked up and down the street for a few blocks and put the paper in everyone's mailbox. Be sure to let people know they can message you on your phone or share a picture of any stray they've seen hiding around their yard. Cats can go feral quickly when chased, so don't go by responses when trying to identify or rescue. If you find him in this condition, be very patient until he remembers who you are through smells, sounds and patience. He may need to stay in a separate room once rescued until he's approachable to take to the vet's in case he was exposed to something contageous like FIV.

Elena De Cerv I personally would not let my cat out even with supervision. Bad habit to start and dangerous. I'm just wishing for a safe return and hope this baby is okay....

Stacey Weeks Don't give up I know of many cats that have been returned after several months.... Just don't give up because that's one of the biggest reasons they are not returned
