Do you have any other pictures? There is a deceased chihuahua on the sidewalk by trail riders community at main and Windsor which isn’t far from this location same color. Can’t tell if it’s the same dog cause I saw it from a distance but I did see pedestrians chasing it yesterday around 1240 pm
