Kelley Hostetler Poyser The number was for dog warden Other was exp.rabies number Cat has been adopted by wonderful family that has paid to update all shots etc...

Owner finally passed away in November, this poor cat was rescued by One-Of-A-Kind from animal control in 2011 after she had seven kittens that were four days old. Unknown where the cat went after the owner gave it away, ended up here in new Franklin.
