This kitty can't be Rosie since the whiskers are white. I hope this is a neighbors kitty since it's doesn't have a notched ear and looks very well fed. Thank you for keeping an eye out.

She might just be dirty, she doesn’t look like she’s had a bath in a while and really enjoyed the pets. I saw her again today and decided to take pics, she has a shorter front jaw I think but I can’t be sure, it’s hard to get a good look at her cause she jumps around and doesn’t wanna be picked up.
