Look around your house, garage and other outbuildings. Look under yours and your close neighbors cars, look under bushes. kitties usually hide close to home, at least initially. If you can, leave your door open so kitty can dart in if she comes back. If she comes back and door is closed, she will go into hiding again. Talk to neighbors, put up fliers, offer a reward, if you can. Go out after dark with a flashlight and look for kitty, kitties eyes shine in the beam of a flashlight after dark. Shake a treat bag. Putting out the litter box is ok if you can leave a door open, but it can also attract predators. Better to leave out a blanket or piece of unwashed clothing with your scent on it.
