Shared. Post Bo on Nextdoor, and file a missing report with the shelter right away. Make a note that Bo was probably removed without your authorization. Keep checking with them, in case Bo ends up at the shelter. And if you suspect anyone in particular, contact the police and file a report asap! In the eyes of the law, cats are considered property. So if this person has previously harassed you, and now your car is missing, they can investigate it as a theft. Post flyers in the area, and talk to other neighbors. Someone might know something. If they have security cameras, ask them to check the video for any clues. Include veterinary offices and pet stores when you post the flyers. Make sure to mention that Bo might've been stolen, when the flyers are put together. Check on Pawboost, in case he's found and posted found on the website. Good luck 💕
