Besides other suggestions here place unwashed items of clothing with strong familiar scent outside your door area protected from rain to attract pup back home, leave garage door or side gate slightly open. If chipped call chip company, report to shelter as lost and check often in person they don't keep dog for long. Post on Ring and Nextdoor to reach more people, hang protected flyers all over, if not found soon check with homeless people. Hope pup is found safe.

You have likely done this already but if not, please post flyers in the area where Moenae went missing, and knock on doors. Not everyone is on social media. You might also ask folks to check their security monitors... Might capture something useful the footage. Also remember to check with local animal shelters. And phone to ask their current protocols. I have heard that visiting in person to review their intake logs is the best way to get accurate information. I hope to read a positive update soon.
