I never let my cats outside ,they are indoor only.When you get a new cat ,it is best to keep them in for 3 weeks .This way if they do get out side ,they will have a good chance of returning.It is so cold outside,keep going out to look for her,she may be close by under a bush.or seeking warmth ,under cars,in garages under porches.Sure hope you find her soon,good luck to you and your sweet kitty.
