I can only do so much for them as I already have 2 dogs in a one bedroom apartment. There is 2 boxes. 1 is long that they hide all the way in. I add a sock of dry warm rice & cover it 2-3 times a day. Along with fresh water & food. I also try to change the towels since we are not allowed to use the dryer. I only seen this cat once but since it had a collar unlike the others I wanted to try to get enough info out.
