Upon viewing the cat in person I can confirm it's not your Pumpkin. I'm sorry I wish it were different. I will keep an eye out though. This one is female and has a white snout when looking head on.

Lucas Thompson He is close to a year, not sure his weight. I think this little one might be too small

May I ask how old and how large of a cat. My roommate found an orange tabby outside our apartment today very friendly. We are keeping it there till I can get home and check for a microchip. Here is a picture.
