Download an app on your cellphone called kitty cat sounds and turn the volume up and sit on your porch at dusk and dawn. This app has continuous sounds of cats meowing and will attract a cat. Its important to be vigilant at dusk and dawn because that's when they come out and are usually hiding close by. Get a bag of treats and walk through your neighborhood and shake it while gently calling her name.
