Hi I have been watching a lot of videos on youtube because I recently found a stray without the ear tip missing , but what I gathered from the internet is if their ear has been tipped they are considered feral. Even if they are friendly they have been in a catch and release program and should not be turned into a shelter even a no kill shelter . The woman I was watching said even though they say no kill it only applies for healthy animals that can be adopted as a pet. They still euthanize feral or unhealthy cats so its best to leave them with their colony or if they are friendly to feed them and adopt them or just let them remain free. I was thinking it was inhumane to leave them out in the wild but the woman says they have a better chance at survival . I'm def not a expert so you might want to check with a shelter and see if thats accurate . good luck for you and that cute baby the one I found isn't much on the looks but his personality sure makes up for it lol . Sending blessing !

The cat has an ear tip, which means he's been neutered and received a rabies shot and then returned to his colony (location where he was trapped). Hopefully, there are kind folks in the neighborhood who are feeding him. Maybe someone will adopt him after seeing the PawBoost post. If he's being fed and has some kind of shelter from bad weather, he can do ok outside if he doesn't get adopted. Thank you for trying to find his owner.

Cat could be a member of trap-neuter-release. Ear looks tipped to me.
