Check early morning when it's still dark and cat's come out to look for food. They go into hiding mode and seldom roam far. Check other times too.

You might also consider going to the Facebook group LA underground cat rescue net work. Chances are likely there is a community cat feeding station near you that you were probably unaware of because they need to be discreet. If You post a picture of your cat there may be a feeder who has seen your cat show up to one of their feeding stations. Feeders at these community cat colonies are always aware of who is in their colony and who is new. Perhaps they may have seen your cat I will continue to pray for the safe return of your cat
